At Activate Physical Therapy, we believe in getting you back to better than before utilizing our tried and true method, R.R.P.: Repair, Restore, Prevent.
๐ ๏ธ Help your body REPAIR through the utilization of manual therapies (massage, cupping, stretching, etc.)
- Using these techniques uses your body’s own, built-in, healing system. We trigger a response from the body to send our healing cells to an area to start the repair. This is all done naturally, and may cause some temporary pain. However, this is to fix or repair your pain, not put a Band-Aid over it.
๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธRESTORE your range of motion and strength you lost while you were injured
- Inevitably there was something lost while you were injured. Range of motion, flexibility, strength, quickness, speed, etc…We will identify these areas and make a plan to get them back to pre-injury levels, or ideally, even further past those levels. All while keeping your pain levels low.

- Now comes the pain free work. Pain levels are extremely low or non-existent now. We work to identify what may have caused your pain or injury in the first place and let you know strategies to avoid re-injuring. This could include strength or flexibility exercises, postural work, fixing your form during certain movements, fixing you gait cycle, or overall maximizing your movement efficiency.
